Easterson Tendered by NAHL Rhinos

Apr 8, 2022

The El Paso Rhinos of the NA3HL are pleased to announce that forward Noah Easterson has signed a North American Hockey League (NAHL) tender agreement with the El Paso Rhinos NAHL team of the South Division.

Easterson, 18, is in his second season of playing junior hockey in the NA3HL for the Rhinos. The 6’3/180 lbs. native of Canyon Country, CA, was 6th in team scoring during the 2021-22 season with 46 points (19 goals, 27 assists) in 32 games played.

Easterson made his NAHL debut with the El Paso Rhinos this past season, appearing in seven games and scoring his first career NAHL goal on February 18th.

During the 2020-21 season, Easterson recorded 24 points in 30 games played. Overall in his two-year NA3HL career he has recorded 70 points in 62 games played.

A tender is a contract, of sorts, a player signs announcing his intentions to play for that particular NAHL team and that NAHL team only. Once a player signs a tender with an NAHL team, his playing rights belong to that team within the NAHL and he may not be recruited by any other NAHL team. Each team is granted ten (10) tenders, which include two (2) tenders exclusively used on players from the NA3HL – plus or minus any trades – which became active on November 1st. Tendered players are not eligible for the 2022 NAHL Draft.
