South Division Star of the Week: Jack Olson, Defense, El Paso Rhinos
El Paso defenseman Jack Olson put up big numbers from the blue line in the two games he appeared in over the weekend. In night one against the Austin Ice Bats, Olson recorded three goals for his first career hat-trick. In night two, the Calgary, AB native added a goal in a 12-2 take down of the Ice Bats. Olson has played in 25 games this season while totaling 14 points with 6 goals and 8 assists.
Rhino forward Connor Thompson also received an honorable mention.
